Do you shipping worldwide?

Ships to all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces and territories. Canadian packages are typically shipped via DHL eCommerce and DHL Express options. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes that may be incurred after the order leaves the United States. Terraether is not responsible for delays due to custom.

Do the frames come assembled?
Yes, all framed prints are shipped assembled and ready-to-hang

  • Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on our cost from the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS for US orders; DHL for Canada). We recommend checking the product page or your cart for specific rates.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Delivery times can vary. Due to unpredictable conditions with shipping carriers, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
  • What is your return policy?
    If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [your contact email] with pictures of the damage for a refund or replacement. For other returns, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase, and the item must be returned to the facility within 45 days.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    The cost of shipping a returned product back to the facility is your responsibility and original shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
