General Shipping Process

Production Time

Each custom frame is manufactured in 7-10 business days before it is ready to ship. This time frame may be longer during holidays or due to other large-scale events.

Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking information is sent once the order ships. Customers should allow some time for the tracking number to update.

No Guaranteed Times

Due to potential carrier delays,  BEERUIT™ cannot guarantee firm delivery dates. Customers on a tight timeline should reach out to customer support to discuss if their order can likely arrive on time.

Damage in Transit

Items are insured during shipping. In the unlikely event of damage, customers should contact BEERUIT™ within 7 days of receiving the order, including photos of the damage, for a replacement

Frame It Easy ships to all 50 US states, US military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, and all Canadian provinces and territories.

Packaging

The company uses custom-cut, tailored packaging to minimise waste and keep shipping costs low. 

How long will it take to get to me?

We know the wait is the hardest part! Each frame is custom-made in 7-10 business days. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking email so you know exactly when to expect your order. The map below shows estimated delivery times.

Can I ship this as a gift?

How lucky are they! You sure can! Ensure you fill out your billing information correctly, but put the lucky recipient as the shipping address. We include a packing slip in each box that details its contents, but it doesn't list what you paid for the order, just like a gift receipt.
